Guarantee Policy:

• All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card upon reservation. Credit card holder must be present at check-in otherwise alternate credit card is required.
  

 Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation must be made before 2pm (local time) 2 days prior of arrival to avoid a 1-night cancellation charge. Please note that shortening your stay is not permitted.
