With this new #FraserCares initiative, properties around the world are giving away more than 1,000 free nights and this is your opportunity to say 'Thank You' in a meaningful way.

- Selected heroes will enjoy a 3D2N experience at one of Frasers Hospitality's properties

Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
1. About The Giveaway
1.1 The Giveaway is organised by Frasers Hospitality Pte Ltd (“Frasers Hospitality”)
1.2 Selected ‘Kindness Heroes’ will win a two-night stay at one of Frasers Hospitality’s properties in their country of residence.
1.3 For Chinese nationals residing in China, please visit the campaign page on FraserChina.com to submit your entry in accordance to local laws and regulations.
2. How to enter
2.1 All nomination entries must be received by Frasers Hospitality by no later than 11:59pm (UTC+8) on 31st January 2021 (the "Closing Date"). All entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
2.2 To enter The Giveaway competition, entrants must complete the Nomination Form, which can be found at https://www.frasershospitality.com/ourthousandthanks or https://www.fraserschina.com/ourthousandthanks by the Closing Date.
2.3 No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway.
2.4 Frasers Hospitality will not accept:
(a) responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
(b) proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.
2.5 By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these T&Cs, that you have obtained the consent of the nominated Hero to make the nomination and the nominated Hero is aware that the nomination is subject to these T&Cs.
2.6 The entries will be judged by a panel of judges from Frasers Hospitality based on the most deserving stories provided in the nomination. The decision of the panel of judges will be final.
3.1 The competition is open to all entrants aged 21 years or over.
3.2 ‘Hero’ nominee(s) must be aged 21 years or over at time of contest.
3.3 Employees of Frasers Hospitality, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates or other parties, in any way involved in the development, production, or distribution of this Giveaway, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of such employee and/or authors, are allowed to participate as an entrant but are not eligible to be nominated as the ‘Hero’ for the giveaway.
3.4 Entrants should use genuine, personal details when completing the form. Frasers Hospitality reserves the right to remove or invalidate an entry at any time and without prior notice should any question of legitimacy arise.
3.5 In entering the competition, you confirm that you and the nominated Hero are eligible to do so and are eligible to claim any giveaway that may be won. Frasers Hospitality may require you to provide proof that you and the nominated Hero are eligible to enter the competition.
3.6 Frasers Hospitality will not accept entries that are incomplete.
3.7 There is a limit of one entry per person. Duplicate entries of same nominee will be deemed as a single nomination.
3.8 Frasers Hospitality reserves all rights to disqualify the entry if the entrant’s conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of The Giveaway.
4. The Giveaway
4.1 The Giveaway is a complimentary two-night stay at selected Frasers Hospitality’s properties, and 1,000 complimentary nights are available to be won.
4.2 The complimentary two-night stay is for a standard serviced apartment / room for up to a maximum of two occupants.
4.3 The location and property of the complimentary two-night stay shall be awarded to the nominee based on the country of residence. All Giveaways are based on the sole and absolute discretion of Frasers Hospitality.
4.6 Frasers Hospitality reserves the right to request every Winner or their Nominee provide proof of identity, age, residency, contribution in a personal or professional capacity and other relevant proof(s) required in order to claim the giveaway.
4.7 In the event any Winner or Nominee is unable to provide proof of eligibility deemed satisfactory and having fulfilled the criteria of this Giveaway, he/she is deemed to have forfeited the giveaway in whole and no substitute shall be offered.
4.8 Frasers Hospitality will not be responsible for any administrative arrangements, payments and/or costs in relation to or for the giveaway. The Giveaway does not include travel insurance, airport transfers, food and beverage, or any incidental charges in addition to those set out above. In some properties, additional services may be included in the complimentary stay which will be clearly highlighted prior to arrival. Any additions not clearly stated will need to be paid for on departure and direct with the property.
4.9 Giveaways are subject to availability, at the property’s discretion. General online availability via the property and the availability of complimentary stays awarded under these T&Cs may differ.
4.10 Frasers Hospitality will endeavour to offer the complimentary stay at the winner’s preferred property choice which is available for the complimentary stay. Complimentary stays offered have limited availability and are provided to winners on a first come first served basis. The final choice of property for the complimentary stay will be proposed at Frasers Hospitality’s sole discretion according to the availability.
4.11 The Giveaway will be in the form of a stay voucher and subject to the T&Cs indicated on the voucher by the property. There is no cash alternative for the giveaway and The Giveaway is non-negotiable and non-transferable.
4.12 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Frasers Hospitality reserves the right
• to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and
• in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose The Giveaway without notice.
4.13 In order to claim The Giveaway, the nominee must make a reservation request in writing to the reservations contact indicated on the voucher and provide a minimum of two weeks’ notice prior to the intended start date of the complimentary stay.
4.14 The complimentary stay can only be used with new bookings and therefore cannot be used in conjunction with an existing booking at any Frasers Hospitality property.
4.15 The complimentary stay for two nights cannot be split across two Frasers Hospitality properties and may not be combined with other complimentary stays to create a stay for a longer duration.
4.16 Complimentary stays are non-flexible and once a reservation is confirmed, no alterations or cancellations can be made.
4.17 Benefits associated with Frasers Hospitality’s loyalty programme, Fraser World, cannot be redeemed in conjunction with The Giveaway.
4.18 Complimentary stays are subject to travel advisories from the relevant authorities and Frasers Hospitality properties may be subject to closure at short notice.
5.1 The decision of the judges is final and there will be no further correspondence or discussion will be entered into, once the decision has been announced.
5.2 The Winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) by no later than 31st January 2021.
5.3 The Winner must acknowledge the email within seven days of the notification by responding to the message. If the giveaway is unclaimed after this time, Frasers Hospitality reserves the right to offer the unclaimed giveaway to a substitute Winner selected in accordance with these Terms.
5.4 The Giveaway entitles the Winner to a stay at a selected Frasers Hospitality property, subject to prevailing terms and conditions of each property.
6. Claiming The Giveaway
6.1 In order to redeem The Giveaway, the Winner shall agree to the use (without prior notice) of his/her name, story, image and country of residence for announcements, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media worldwide, in perpetuity by Frasers Hospitality and its properties, without compensation or additional consents from the winner.
6.2 The Giveaway may not be claimed by a third party on the Winner's behalf.
7.1 Both entrant and nominee will keep Frasers Hospitality harmless from any claims in relation to their entry in the event that the entry infringes the personal or proprietary right of any other person.
7.2 By entering this Giveaway, each entrant confirms that his/her entry is their wholly-owned creation and, to the extent that such entry makes use of any third party materials, that these have been fully cleared unless they are no longer protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights.
7.3 By submitting an entry, each entrant grants to Frasers Hospitality a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to edit, publish, translate, modify, adapt, make available and distribute the entry throughout the world in any media now known or hereafter invented. Each entrant undertakes to complete any necessary documentation to formalise the license.
7.4 Frasers Hospitality reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the giveaway and its terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so without prior notice.
8. Use of Information
8.1 These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
8.2 By participating, each entrant hereby grants his/her consent to Frasers Hospitality:
• to collect personal data/information about him/her and of the nominee in respect of his/her participation in the Giveaway (“Personal Data”);
• to use Personal Data for marketing/communication purposes in perpetuity, subject to their right to refuse future marketing messages at any time; and
• to disclose Personal Data’ to Frasers Hospitality’s related companies and other third parties on a need to know only with regard to the implementation and administration of The Giveaway.
8.3 The Winner may, without any obligation on his or her part, be asked to take part in or co-operate with publicity which may include interviews, photographs and the publication of his/her name and/or image in perpetuity across all media, and worldwide. They may also be required to post on their Social Media accounts about their stay, tagging the corporate and property accounts which Frasers Hospitality may use for publicity purposes.
