This hotel is literally 5 mins walk from any of the attractions in Edinburgh. Reception staff was very helpful, kind and courteous and couldn’t do enough to make our stay amazing. "A wonderful stay in a one bedroom apartment in the Fraser Suites with a view of the observatory. It’s in an excellent location just down from the Royal Mile and within easy walking distance to the Waverley station and Princes Street.
The facilities are excellent with a well equipped kitchen, a good sized bathroom, dressing room, lounge and very comfortable bed. It was lovely and quiet and the balcony is perfect for a warm evening. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Overall an excellent experience and hoping to book in again soon. Excellent value for money also for accommodation in a city."

"We enjoyed this hotel best of all for our trip to Europe. The front desk lady was extremely nice and helpful. The room was cozy and big, with a wonderful view of the city as requested.The area was perfect. The breakfast was nice too. This hotel made our trip end on a perfect note. I will stay again next visit to Edinburgh, and our next trip will be just to Scotland. I recommend this hotel if you like peace and quiet, non invasive staff, but very helpful when needed, and the rooms with big large windows, and great views."
